Heroes far and wide, gear up. Legend Story Studios (LSS) has recently announced the next stop on its world tour.
First released back in October 2019, LSS established Flesh and Blood’s organized tournament scene with its first-ever Calling format that featured a humble prize pool of about $10,000. Unfortunately, these programs were halted due to world events as the covid-19 pandemic came out in full-swing in the months to come.
Fast forward, and LSS launched their first-ever World Championships in the San Jose Convention Center last November 2022. This time the prize pool overshadowed its modest beginnings by a wide margin, clocking in at about $300,000.
Flesh and Blood’s story continues an upward trend. In 2023, the World Championship boasted a $1 Million prize pool. This was again exceeded come 2024 when $1.5 Million would be on the line for its players. This same prize pool amount is now held up by the 2025 Flesh and Blood World Championship.
The 2025 Pro-Tour is already underway as countries around the globe dot the route to the next world championship. The cities of Hong Kong, Atlanta, Toronto, Prague, Memphis, and Bangkok, have all been gracious hosts for the game so far and now Jakarata, Indonesia will soon join the list of esteemed venues that players will journey towards to test their skills in the game they love.
Scheduled for this coming April 4th to 6th, Flesh and Blood will host its Battle Hardened series featuring both casual and competitive tournaments. The latter will see a $2000 prize pool, a host of promotional items for its top players, and the highly coveted Professional Tournament Invites (PTIs).
These invites provide their holders with a path to National Championship which, in turn, can lead the ambitious and the tenacious to the Pro Tour circuit. At the end of this road lies the 2025 Flesh and Blood World Championship. As far as LSS has seen fit to reveal, the World Champion is slated to be held in the United States around November of this year.
