We didn’t have to wait long for the recent Lorcana leak to be confirmed. Ravensburger has now confirmed the information revealed by the earlier leak and then some.
An official stream showcased a lot of new things coming to Disney Lorcana. The upcoming plans for the Fabled set, the new set rotation, and some of the upcoming cards for the Reign of Jafar have now been revealed. It's safe to say that a lot of information was on full display during the official announcement.
The Finer Details for the Next Chapter
To kick off Disney Lorcana's future, we're looking ahead to the game's next expansion, Fabled. Scheduled to be released sometime in August of this year, Fabled will be the 9th expansion for Disney's Lorcana.

During a video presentation, Ravensburger confirmed that Fabled will be the launch point for the new Epic and Iconic rarity cards. They mentioned that there will be 18 Epic cards and only 2 Iconic cards to come with Fabled.
The set rotation and the new Infinity Constructed will also go online the moment Fabled is officially launched. Thankfully, the rotation loophole for reprints has also been confirmed, and they even mentioned that Tinker Bell - Giant Fairy is one of the reprint candidate cards to be included in Fabled.
Steven Cooper, Ravensburger’s Senior Tournament Organization Manager, had also added during the presentation that Infinity Constructed will come with its own Forbidden list down the line.
All in all, the previous leak was pretty much spot on with its information.
Reign of Jafar Reveals
Near the end of the video presentation, Ravensburger goes over some of the new cards coming in the upcoming Reign of Jafar expansion.
As far as the leak is concerned, all the cards that could’ve been discerned from the blurred-out screenshots have all been confirmed.
Not only does the video give us a better picture of their abilities, but Ravensburger was gracious enough to start off the spoiler season in all but name by showcasing a few more updates to the roster of cards.
Main Roster Additions

Starting off we have a couple of new standard additions to Ruby and Emerald with Vanellope Von Schweetz - Spunky Speedster and Rapunzel - High Climber, respectively.
While frail on Willpower, Vanellope offers a pretty high Strength value that only the most robust characters sharing the same ink cost can trade with. Her Evasive assures her some form of protection if used for the Lore race, forcing the opponent to invest in direct board removal like Let the Storm Rage On.
On the other side of the board, Rapunzel - High Climber is definitely the sturdier of the two. Given she’s at 5 ink cost character, however, that is to be expected.
While Rapunzel is not the strongest in the Strength department, her 2 Lore gain and capability of stalling an opposing character from questing could compound to a sizable lead for her controlling player.
More Dual Ink Cards
Ravensburger continues its support for specific color combinations with new Dual Ink Cards.

Jasmine - Steady Strategist continues the Ally-character focused trend her counterpart in Archazia’s Island, Inspired Researcher, started. For now, that Shift 2 on a 4 ink cost character is pretty remarkable since we have the Heir of Agrabah available.
Once the new set rotation comes online, however, Ravensburger will have to print out more reasons to field Steady Strategist, as a lot of the plausible targets for Jasmine’s Shift ability are vanishing from the classic constructed format.

Amber gets the lion’s share from the reveal as we have Minnie Mouse - Daring Defender to partner with Ruby. Meanwhile, Steel offers Amber access to Pluto - Tried and True.
Despite the differences in partner ink color, both characters offer a substantial body on the field. Minnie may be the cheaper option with an even higher Willpower, but she’s reliant on taking damage first in order to trade.
This makes her extremely dangerous as she gets lower in health. Which is easy to fulfill given that Minnie has Bodyguard.
Pluto, on the other hand, takes a slight minus in Willpower for a more constant 2 in Strength. While undamaged, which is easy to fulfill given Amber’s theme for healing, he gets another +2 Strength and the Support ability.
Pluto’s ability to Support his allies is encouraged by his 2 Lore gain. That said, it can be difficult to parse Tried and True’s usefulness at the moment. That 6 ink cost can turn a lot of players away.

Rounding out the roster of new Dual Ink cards is Amethyst-Emerald’s Pull the Lever! A very humorous callback to The Emperor’s New Groove, this action card offers this ink combination a pretty versatile package at the expense of overall power.
For 3 ink cost, a single discard feels overpriced. For the same cost, you have access to draw stapes like Friends on the Otherside or The Library - A Gift for Belle.
That said, if we look to the future, a lot of draw cards that Amethyst and Emerald play for the early to mid-game, like the aforementioned Friends on the Otherside or Diablo - Devoted Heald, will go away.
So, for its ink cost, Pull the Lever does offer potential consistency and versatility for Amethyst-Emerald once the set rotation rolls around.
New Roster Properties

Finally, we have some additions to Disney Lorcana’s registry of intellectual property (IP) with Bambi. Bambi - Prince of the Forest, Flower - Shy Skunk, and Thumper - Young Bunny, are the vanguard for this franchise.
Flower and Thumper fall in line for the Ally support that Ravensburger seems to be pushing with some of its new cards in the Reign of Jafar. Bambi - Prince of the Forest comes in as Amethyst's first-ever Prince character.
For now, these three aren’t inducing a lot of excitement, but it does open the door for whatever may come down the line.
More to Come
Bambi and his friends aren’t the only ones coming to Disney Lorcana. Naomi Kim, one of Disney Lorcana’s Brand Managers, has confirmed that A Goofy Movie will be coming to Disney Lorcana in the Fabled expansion.

Showcasing a promotional art featuring Goofy, his son Max, and an original character from the movie Powerline, Ravensburger continued to give further glimpses of what’s to come when they moved to the announcement of Set 10: Whispers in the Well.
The segment touched upon how there seems to be a new type of character glimmers to be introduced to the game and story called Whispers. During the discussion, it was confirmed that cult classic IPs, The Black Cauldron and Gargoyles, will be introduced in the 10th expansion.

While not a full promise to be released in 2026, Greg Tito, the Director of Communications, revealed concept art featuring Darkwing Duck.
It looks like Ravensburger is expanding into the depths of Disney’s library with each passing season.
While there seems to be some pushback with the announcement of set rotation and Infinity Constructed, Ravensburger has at least laid some foundation of excitement for the future.
